We will achieve this by effective implementation and continual improvement of our quality management. We utilize Innovative Tracking Technologies, Monitoring Processes, experienced Recruiting Team and innovative experienced management team to deliver this high quality services.

We constantly monitor’s performance data and client performance reports, efficiency and accuracy of our recruiting process, new hire quality, client’s satisfaction, and more.

We has identified three important factors that lead to delivery of high quality services to the client:

We recognize the need of quality processes for temporary staffing industry. Our process helps our workforce meet business objectives by helping them work smarter, not harder, and with improved consistency. Our effective processes also provide us a vehicle for introducing and using new technology in a way that best meets the business objectives of Rangam and our clients.
We conduct periodic surveys using the most appropriate and efficient blend of research methods to insure that our valued customers are satisfied.

Rangam practices the “Customer Is Always Right” policy in dispute resolution and our policy is 100% customer satisfaction.

Our quality objective is to ensure highest quality services to our clients, thus providing the best value through competitive, timely, reliable services in the staffing industry.

Our employees are well trained, informed, educated and managed in the ways of Quality Management methods and processes. Our staff is "Quality Consciousness". We utilize Process Oriented Approach for all our day to day operations.

A Process Driven Framework governs our day to day recruiting process where processes, criteria, expectations, deliverables, guidelines and standards are defined and always under constant review. This Framework is defined by our experienced management team using best practices in the staffing industry.
