  Job Description

The Communications and Change Management Partner will develop the communications and change management strategy, integrate this strategy into the broader project plan and partner with the team to drive implementation including completion of communications and change deliverables.

Major Role Responsibilities:

  • Provides communications solutions and change management expertise to deliver project strategy and plan implementation to ensure project success
  • Create, plan and deliver project-level stakeholder assessments, communication strategic plans, and communication schedule leveraging standardized processes and templates for consistent internal communications
  • Support the branding and internal marketing of each project;
  • Provide a Communication Channel Between and Across Project Team and the business stakeholders ensuring that relevant parties are kept current with key happenings;
  • Develop and deliver a variety of communication materials communications to Sponsors, Project Teams, and business customers in multiple formats (eg. written, podcasts, video, etc.)
  • Build, plan and deliver change management strategic plans, schedule, and execution of the plan including stakeholder mapping/analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments (e.g. “pulse surveys”) etc. utilizing templates, plans and schedules
  • Build and maintain internal SharePoint content (both project-facing and customer-facing sites)

General Information:

  • Years of Experience 10+
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Demonstrated change management and communications (verbal and written) experience with successful customer service;
  • Ability to work remotely.
