  Job Description

  • Worker will be driving to various Retail locations within territory area helping to increase company sales at those locations.
  • Mileage will range weekly, but can be up to 300+ miles a week and will be paid.

***SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE/MARKETING - RETAIL/CELLULAR EXP. PREFERRED*** Must have CLEAN Driving Record, Lic., Ins. & Registration Required.

  • Duties include, but not limited to stocking location, demonstrating data and products and being knowledgeable of Company Wireless Pricing.
  • Hired employees will be trained on products and services and qualifying customers for updates and/or add-a-line

Job responsibilities include:

  • Complete 4 - 6 visits per day and complete a store visit report form for each visit
  • Meet and exceed regional sales objectives through the management and implementation of all sales, marketing, merchandising, and advertising/promotional programs
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company impacting the Indirect channel
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Prior successful sales track record and proven leadership ability
  • Be willing to learn and be responsible for a wide variety of product and service information and able to multi-task listening to the customer, sharing information, and selling our products and services
  • Have the ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively and efficiently handle this type of situation
  • Be able to work retail hours set by the Account Manager or Brand Ambassador Administer in locations that are open 7 days a week

Retail Hours and Work Schedule:

  • Schedule availability must be 8am to 8:00pm (Monday through Saturday) However, most schedules vary from week to week with some holidays being required
  • Must have a working smartphone capable of running the following applications: Browser, Pronto Forms, When I Work and GroupMe
