  Job Description

  • Working with other Problem Managers within the IT organization and triaging network, server, and application issues to ensure remediation and/or escalation
  • This analyst will have responsibility for maintaining the reliability of the company's environment utilizing Microfocus Openview/BSM suite of products.
  • A strong background working in IT Operations environment is recommended.
  • Triaging network, root cause analysis of incidents, application issues to ensure remediation and escalation
  • Technical duties include working in databases, metric reviews, presentation development and assistance with SCRUM model with ServiceNow project.
  • Understand the monitoring, causing the problem, ability to work with other team, understand the issues, routers, firewall
  • SQL Database, reporting with PowerBI or ServiceNow, understanding with IT Model service manager,
  • Application support, understanding network applications
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
