  Job Description

  • The contractor will be responsible for making outbound and taking in bound call for the purposes of meter maintenance.
  • The contractor will be contacting customers to schedule appointments to have their meter resolved.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CMS / Avaya phone system - used for CSR II
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 1 year of experience working in a call center
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with system applications e.g. CC&B, MDM, LiveVox - used for CSR II
  • High school diploma or equivalent
