Description:

The Specialist will support the Academy with activities such as:

Develop and transform intranet sites and knowledge centers to align with the Knowledge Center Strategy on the MS SharePoint platform;
Managing graphic and knowledge management design development with external vendors;
Writing and editing copy for Academy course offerings
Managing interactions with senior executives
Support Academy to create, submit and monitor training requests via the AskGS system and learning management system.
Create and run reports from the company learning management system
Design, build and maintain the Academy metrics process using appropriate Microsoft tools

The role will also be responsible for setting up live and virtual meetings, sourcing and tracking communications and gathering/analyzing metrics and analytics. 
The Company’s management reserves the right to add, delete or otherwise alter assigned duties at any time.

Responsibilities:
Develop and transform intranet sites and knowledge centers to align with the Knowledge Center Strategy
Develop graphics and communication materials to support Academy
Design frameworks and templates to visualize concepts aligned to the communication strategies
Work with external vendors and internal partners on graphics and knowledge center designs
Interact with, and provide services for, senior leaders
Develop and edit copy and stories
Develop and edit senior executive level PowerPoint presentations
Schedule and execute live and web-based meetings
Track copy, collect and analyze analytics and metrics and provide recommendations based on findings
Execute and track tactical and strategic deliverables
Establish and maintain effective business partner relationships

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and Flow.

Proficiency in building and customizing pages within Sharepoint utilizing webparts, Yammer and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required. Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as stellar interpersonal skills are necessary. Collaborative, customer-focused and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Results oriented with a demonstrated track record, strong problem-solving skills, sound time management skills, and a self-starter. Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.
