**FRENCH Openings. Candidates MUST BE fluent in French (both verbal and written) and have experience using their French fluency in a work setting.

Shift Information:

1st Shift:

Monday – Friday: Shifts last 8:45 hours including 45 minutes of unpaid lunch
o 5am – 1:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 6:15am – 3pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 7am – 3:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 8am – 4:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 9:15am – 6pm (45 minutes lunch)

Job Description:
 
  • This is a highly analytical role supporting 100,000+ Global Employees in navigating and troubleshooting HR System of Record (Workday) over the phone and via emails. Candidates will also have opportunities to participate in other back-office projects.
  • The candidate must be able to analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided. Must have the ability to learn quickly and follow multi-step instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The role requires good organizational skills, ownership, good management of own workload and judgement to ask for help or escalate when needed.
  • The candidate must demonstrate very good customer service and communication skills with patience, tact and ability to listen and interpret received information. Candidate must be able to handle high volume of calls with speed and accuracy.
  • The candidate must be able to work comfortably with complex computer applications and software products. 
Requirements:
  • Software knowledge a plus: Microsoft Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday (experience highly preferred), Salesforce (experience highly preferred), RIMS, SAP.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual fluency preferred
