  Job Description

  • The eDiscovery Analyst will work as a member of Discovery Services team with a focus on international matters.
  • The responsibilities of the Analyst will be to support the Discovery Manager(s) with various tasks such as locating potentially relevant electronic records, submitting collection requests in a ticketing system (“Discovery Services Portal’), tracking the collected data through the document review stage, and assessing any potential issues or discrepancies.
  • The Analyst will be on various project planning calls with the Discovery Manager to determine scope, budget and timelines for the discovery phase of the matter.
  • Lastly, the Analyst will have primary responsibility for detailed tracking for each matter including the status of requested data, issues, deadlines, etc.
Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of legal procedures.
  • Experienced with general filing, faxing, writing summaries, and legal clerical work. Proficient with MS Office (MSWord, Excel and, Outlook)
  • Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
  • High level of attention to detail. High sense of urgency
  • Able to perform work accurately, timely and effectively.
  • Proven success in retaining confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements/Skill Level: (Basic)
  • Requires an Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
