Description:

The Global Commercial Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Change Manager will:
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for Commercial BTS
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the Global Commercial BTS lead
Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, including management of another contractor, currently within the Global Commercial BTS team.
Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Assess and customize business messages from BTS for commercial
  • Act as a the liaison to communication and change management streams
  • Create in concert with BTS communication and Commercial Business communication the overall Commercial BTS communication strategy to The new Commercial BTS organization
  • Tactically manage and produce key messages and other content for delivery in appropriate channels
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Track and report issuesz
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Manage the change portfolio
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Change management certification or designation desired
