  Job Description

Specific responsibilities include:
• Contribute as SME of logistics processes, and/or understanding of interdependencies between supply planning, capacity planning, tolling, customer planning and logistics processes
• Monitor and implement new processes in logistics
• Define KPIs where necessary (ideally through internal or external benchmarking)
• Analyze process performances and identify areas for improvement
• Lead process improvement projects as lean practitioner
• Demonstrate diversity and inclusion understanding of the global practices where business is conducted.
• Develop and maintain data standards to govern adherence to both process and systems.
• Partner with the Technology Enablement Manager and guide to define business requirements and develop user acceptance tests required for Supply Chain Logistics system modifications or new integrations

Experience desired:
• 8+ years with Bachelor degree or 7+ years with Master degree in Supply Chain management planning experience for a reputed, global or multi-plant Bio-tech, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Product company utilizing world class supply chain planning and execution process
• Lean sigma certification preferred (eg. Lean Practitioner, Green Belt)
• Experience with SAP, ECC, WM, MM, and PP a must
• Experience with SharePoint, Succesfactors, LMS preferred
• Expert knowledge of Transportation, Logistics and Customs Operations. Proven track record of successful project implementation in supply chain/distribution environment.
• Experience working collaboratively across a matrix organization
• Strong business analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
