Master Data Entry Associate


Must be flexible to work 9:00 am -6:00 pm, or 10:00 am-7:00 pm

Intermediate level position performing a variety of master data entries in both Baan and ASW. Performs new account loads account maintenance new item loads new item maintenance and price maintenance. Responsible for updating State and DEA licensures in both Baan and ASW utilizing DMS or any other specific tool. Supports project managers customer service distribution operations and finance in all master data entry needs.
1. Setting up new accounts/new items
2. Reviewing paperwork for completeness
3. Checking for existing accounts and sharing with sister companies as necessary
4. Attaching Price Books; setting up contract pricing or discount pricing groups
5. Filing paperwork on new account setups account changes updated business applications licenses etc.
6. Update daily worksheet for new account setups
7. All account maintenance and item maintenance of any sort and definition.
8. Changing Price books for Existing customers
9. Keeping track of price book/pricing expiration dates and notifying appropriate personnel when price book expires
10. Update changing or expired price books/pricing
11. Creating New Price Books/pricing for New Business
12. Updating account maintenance manual for all price book/pricing changes
13. Adding features to new & existing accounts
14. Filing documents for all programs
15. Reviewing data for errors before migration into the system
16. Meet with project managers upper management & IT to streamline process for price book and account setup on each program so that the business model meets client expectations
17. Updating Expired Licenses and DEAs
18. Suspicious Order Review
19. Completing bid requests
20. Providing customer audit information
21. Providing assistance to IT with new account item set up types and Faux pharma data
