  Job Description

  • Global Oncology Business Unit (OBU) owner for overseeing implementation of infrastructure systems such as MDM & CRM, reporting & analytics systems, and a data warehouse.
  • Global OBU’s role is to oversee projects to ensure proper implementation by other groups
  • Play a central role partnering with 11 countries, regions, Pharma Business Unit, IT and other internal partners such as DCE and PLS organizations to ensure business impact and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure biggest success factor for Global OBU: user adoption & business impact by designing proper rollout of systems in multiple countries
  • Oversee development of Strategic Account Management (SAM) tool, MDM, reporting & analytics systems
  • Oversee data acquisition and data integration using consistent data evaluation, use of data inventories and focus on business questions
  • Represent Oncology in CRM governance group.
  • Liaise with Commercial and Medical groups to ensure optimal connectivity between CRM instances
  • Oversee dashboard implementation for measurement of usage, customer satisfaction and ongoing system execution
  • Perform hands-on analytics as required

Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as coordination skills, with ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels
  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional excellence
  • Computer programming experience is required; knowledge of Alteryx, Cloudera, Qlik/Tableau is beneficial
  • Practical knowledge of system integration, schema designs, data warehousing, data governance, quality, stewardship processes and ETL is preferred
  • Willingness to work infrequently at odd hours to support 11 countries globally

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related quantitative discipline
  • Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data e.g. IQVIA is preferred; experience with a CRM, especially VEEVA, is preferred; additional experience with sales is beneficial
