SAM Business Operations Lead

• Strategize with the System Owner on Planning & Coordination of release schedule against system roadmap and priorities
• Ensure all business requirements are clarified and captured in change requests
• Oversee, manage change request incidents
Change Advisory Board Participant: Represent business for change requirements, update incidents with CAB decisions, manage/ update the SAM development worksheet
• Support System owner in Operational System Communication to end-user and agent audiences
• Act as System SAM SME providing system demos and participating in Q&A
• Act as Knowledge Lead for all system related knowledge articles ensuring knowledge articles are created, up to date and retired as required
• Act as Training Lead in the management and update of training materials as well as oversight of training records
• Lead the onboarding of systems for existing and new functionality, including gathering of business requirements, demo eforms to system teams and gather new requirements
• Responsible for testing of changes related to releases or coordinating UAT
• Contribute to / author validation documentation
• Liason with Support Center and work with multitude of resources across the global and of all levels

• Experience working with ServiceNow Technologies, or similiar ticketing systems
• Experience with testing including creating test scripts and execution of testing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and systems
• Proficiency in computer applications such as the MS Office suite
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills
• Experience in working in a global environment
• Strong communicator both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills (possible influencing?)
• Strong business partnering and relationship skills
• Able to operate with a minimum of supervision, be proactive and forward thinking
• Experience working in an R&D environment
