  Job Description

  • Assist in the validation and adjudication of Medicaid invoices.
  • Provide prompt and accurate assignment and labelling of claim data among East Hanover and offshore team members.
  • Coordinate processing activities with outside data entry vendor and offshore team.
  • Process Knowledge – Process & Analyze Medicaid rebate claims.
  • Obtain savings by disputing invoice errors.
  • Open, negotiate and close disputes with states in a timely manner.
  • Business Operations – Create, update, and review SOP documents for processing and other necessary procedures.
  • Generate payment documentation for internal processing and state reconciliation.
  • Address state inquiries and proactively communicate with states regarding invoices.
  • Collate check run documentation with payment file and ensure the necessary documents are all available in a shared location and available for audit.
  • Support ad hoc team projects.
  • Team Facilitation – Work with team members to communicate mail and assist them in pre-processing tasks as needed.
  • Assist team members with miscellaneous ad hoc activities as required.
  • Communicate requests and information with team members in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance – Gather documentation for periodic internal and external audits.
  • Review audit requests and send documentation for audits.

  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Suite products is required, specifically MS Excel
  • Working toward a Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Mastery of the English language (written and oral)
