  Job Description

  • The EP&S Analytics team is looking for project resources as part of a product migration project to assist in the evaluation of existing Tableau workbooks and data sources, develop new Tableau workbooks and data sources and provide post implementation support and issues resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the changes to the underlying data sources resulting from the product migration
  • Review existing Tableau workbooks and data sources, identify the changes required
  • Build Tableau workbooks and data sources including documentation in a staging environment in preparation for product migration go-live
  • Provide support and issues resolution post go-live
  • Capture requirements for business processes and create and enhance Tableau workbooks and data sources including documentation in the current and staging environment, as required
  • Attend meetings and participate in discussions to understand changes and business requirements to adjust or add tasks to the creation or enhancement of Tableau workbooks and data sources.
  • Provide support and issues resolution for Tableau workbooks and data sources

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server required; Tableau certification preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with enterprise data sources including Oracle, SQL server, and SharePoint Lists required; additional experience with Postgres, Snowflake and Tableau certification preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with custom SQL in Tableau or Oracle
  • Technology infrastructure experience required; additional pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and develop analytics views and dashboard enabling actionable customer insights that drive operational performance and management decision
  • Strong project management and follow-up skills; Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required; PMP preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and action, while prioritizing and meeting team and projects goals
  • Proven success in influence/negotiation; able to quickly build and maintain productive relationships
  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or relevant experience required; Advanced degree preferred
