***Hours will be 4 -6 hours/day while training for the first 6 weeks and then will transition to 40 hrs/week.

Workers will be phased in onsite in small groups rotating in and out.

Everyone that will be in CP1 building will be required to have their temperature checked before they are allowed to access the building for the day if they pass they will be issued a required wristband for the day. The practice of 6 ft of social distancing will be followed. We are limiting access to the building to Contractors and  employees only. Everyone will be required to wear protective masks during their time in building for their protection and the protection of others.



Order Support position for a multi-Division Contact Center requiring direct customer facing interactions, via phone calls, emails and chats.


This position requires:

  1. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for order placement, management and customer inquiries, problem-solving.
  2. Process multi-faceted customer requests, complaints and inquiries to resolution
  3. Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as in a Team environment
  4. Predictable and reliable attendance as required
  5. Microsoft software suite and keyboarding skills. 
  6. SAP/ERP system software experience is a plus.
  7. Quality System policies and procedures adherence. 
  8. A 4-year education BS/BA degree.

Note:  Sitting at a desk for >80% of an 8 Hr. shift, while working on the phone or at a computer is required.
