Oversee projects and maximize project resources. Lead efforts to analyse current project operations and make recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate decision-making process. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Facilitate information flow between team members, senior management, and client.
Work on problems of moderate to diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires review of identifiable factors.
Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepares status reports.
Assess project issues and participates in the development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Work under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represent organization on specific projects..

Hiring Manager Notes:
Looking for someone with project coordination experience – someone who can work with the project managers to help them drive to completion of tasks.
Also someone to help me with rollup reporting of the department resource requirements, progress etc.
Need to be able to work independently upon getting direction from me and alert me of any issues that need resolution.
Need to work with a team of quality SMEs who are also leading projects to help them understand project coordination activities and drive to completion of action items.
They need to be very proficient in PowerPoint (ways of making the sharing of information more exciting and engaging), excel (formula/rule creation to create rollup spreadsheets from individual sheets) and word (for report generation)
These things will be kept out of the quality documentation system, so just network access (teams, sharepoint etc) will be required.
At least 5 years of experience would be needed. The job can be fully remote as they support a team that is located across the US, France, and Canada.
