  Job Description

FISA is looking the HR Payroll Lead Systems Architect. This staff augmentation will have the consultant architect new functionality, maintain and upgrade existing architecture, assess technical designs, code and unit test for the HRP supported city wide applications NYCAPS (HR Benefits), CityTime (Timekeeping), PMS (Payroll) and PPMS (Pension).

 

Responsibilities include

  • Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
  • Develop and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Systems Architecture in relation to HR/Payroll applications along with their design and implementation features
  • Work in conjunction with Program/Project Managers to size, manage scope and risks of new Projects and Production maintenance requests
  • Ensure the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches technical and functional requirements, and commit to Customer Success
  • Drive design and development for major components of focused solutions
  • Ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry
  • Translate business requirements into design/application builds
  • Contribute to best practice definitions
  • Critically review work of other team members 

Education:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required.
