  Job Description

  • Must be French bilingual.
  • Ability to read, write and speak French.
  • 1-2 yrs of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The CRC Representative will perform customer front-line communication for all service and installation related issues and requests.
  • Troubleshoot EAS & Video equipment for first-call resolution.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure?s (SOP) and customer-specific special handling requirements via phone, email and web-based requests.
  • Evaluate entitlement and create appropriate product exchange or on-site technician service requests at a highly efficient level.
