100% remote
• Provide support to ensure successful transitioning of global labeling projects and/or processes from incumbent to new vendor. Support efforts in achieving full transition to steady state.

Responsibilities:
• Keep track of transition issues, escalations, log remediation actions, and ensure completion
• Provide clear, concise and accurate senior management updates
• Report issues with appropriate urgency and suggested solutions
• Coordinate, assign, and oversee working teams to solve problems
• Provide support upon request to specific topics in the production of key deliverables
• Convene and ensure that the current vendor is included in key meetings during the workload transition period
• Identify training needs for team members and coordinate with assigned trainers for execution
• Keep morale high for team members
• Facilitate team meetings for updates as required
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop excel spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
• Assist in the management, planning and tracking of activities for multiple project teams across products
• Analyze company goals in relation to project tasks in order to balance new and existing projects
• Understand internal processes and systems to ensure all projects are delivered on time

Experience:
3-5 Years in Project Management and/or Regulatory Affairs
Proficient use in Veeva, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc

Global Labeling experience preferred but not required
