  Job Description

Need to add all test scores when submitting, typing by touch, ten-key by touch, Microsoft application office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • We will require the same testing as previously and the requirements have not changed the only other caveat would be that we are currently working remote and they would have to have the ability to do so (internet, ability to work independently and with others).
  • Heavy call center experience is a plus.
  • The training will be onsite with weekly Covid testing and social distancing.
  • Typing skills are a must and 10 key as speed is important in this environment when trying to communicate via IM and phone calls and process work received via phone, fax and emails.
