  Job Description

The Business Enablement Team has the responsibility for enabling scalable business to enable the business to take consumer hardware products to market.

The various streams of applications are Order Management, Procurement, Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics and Customer Service. We are looking for a Program Manager who has experience in enabling customer experience and customer service applications for business operations teams.

 

The role would encapsulate working with IT teams, building project schedules, prioritizing the business requirements and managing risks and dependencies. Driving business change management and communication of project status to leadership and all cross-functional stakeholders is critical to the role.


  • Delivering solutions for customer service - MUST HAVE. Dealing with applications to do with customer service. 
  • Ability and experience driving business change
  • Proven track record of project and time management
  • Managing risks and escalations
  • Experience focusing under pressure and executing on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
