JOB DESCRIPTION:
The SCRUM MASTER has primary leadership responsibility for leading software development efforts in Cloud via successful implementation of scrum methodologies.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high visibility program in a fast paced environment for one of the leading medical technology companies.

What you’ll do:
• Ensure scrum is understood and enacted within the organization
• Ensure the dev team is working effectively by coaching it in a self-organization and cross functionality
• Act as a change agent
• Coach the dev team, product owner & organization
• Increase transparency
• Lead through influence
• Work closely with the Product owner and Project manager Education and Experience you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree (± 10 years) in SW Engineering discipline.
• Seasoned Scrum master with atleast 5 years of experience in applying scrum methodologies successfully on various SW development projects of large scale
• Medical domain a plus
• Proficient in using JIRA scrum board for tracking and reporting
