Location: Remote - East Coast Preferred

Description:

  • Ensure adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create the appropriate learning experiences that best fit the needs of the learner (including, but not limited to, eLearning, v/ILT, blended learning, AR/VR/MR)
  • Work with key stakeholders and SMEs across NC&FO to understand the training needs and build effective learning experiences leveraging the latest technology and adult learning concepts
  • Craft learning experiences and comprehensive curriculum which support competency models for each included role
  • Use project management knowledge and skill to own the full development of medium to large scale learning experience projects
  • Leverage rapid and agile development techniques and processes to create experiences for a consistently evolving environment
  • Lead needs analysis and learning strategy development activities to improve individual and organizational performance through innovative learning experiences
  • Deliverables for this role include but are not limited to job aids, presentation decks, facilitator and participant guide, eLearning modules, and videos

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in designing and developing training materials and content (including, but not limited to, v/ILT guides, eLearning, documentation, multimedia assets)
  • 5+ years of direct experience with content development platforms (including, but not limited to, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • 3+ years of experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance
  • 3+ years of strong program management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of direct experience partnering with senior leadership level stakeholders and business leaders
