This opportunity is for a Project Manager with a focus as an Applications Manager for project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.

Top 3 non-negotiable must skills:
Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications (such as G Suite, Office365, Atlassian, etc.)
 
Experience scaling the application portfolio to support for hyper growth (ensuring successful identification and launch for new project management tools for growing teams)
 
Ability to architect detailed solutions in the project management and IT space – including integrations across 3rd party and internal tools
 


 
Summary:
 looking for an Applications Manager to assist with systems architecture roadmap and implementation strategies of project management applications

You will manage projects to ensure we are optimally leveraging tools, while architecting solutions that will scale. You will partner with engineering and cross functional partners to develop and execute a systems plan that helps achieve our goals, and increase project efficiency. This role is the internal expert on the overall use of project management applications such as Jira and Smartsheet. This role acts as the liaison between engineering and cross functional project teams, our internal IT infrastructure team and various vendors and partners.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
• Identify opportunities for integration and/or automation of those systems
• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application-usage best practices
• Perform ongoing analysis of buy versus build and customize only when necessary
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
