looking for a project coordinator for Digital Merchandising within the Visual Merchandising team to support and implement work out of the office in Burlingame, CA. This role will assist in planning and coordination of digital work that supports 3P retail globally, for elements that include but not limited to: banners, product detail pages, videos assets, social assets, refreshes, etc. This role may support additional projects that come up.

As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our visual merchandising and channel marketing team within the sales function, managing a high- volume workflow. This role involves extensive organization of programs, specs validation and QA to ensure accurate and on time updates are delivered to channel marketing. Due to the nature of the work, this role will need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the execution process and able to work directly with the digital merchandising program manager and other teams to ensure that information and material is collected, organized and tracked. You will need to be able to prioritize in a fast- paced environment and possess extremely strong organization skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising team in managing digital programs for global 3P retail work
- Organize and keep track of projects for Digital Programs regarding 3P retail
- Review production sheets, ensuring specs are fully complete for creative production kick-off
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize projects, communicate timelines, collect feedback
- Continue to track status on projects and follow up on action items that are not complete or require additional clarification
- Finalize briefs w/ Digital Merchandising Program Manager, prior to briefing into production
- Ensure feedback from Channel Marketing Managers and Retail Partners are reviewed, and implemented by Creative
- QA of digital assets delivered by Creative and Agency partners against specs
- Good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in programs
- Operates effectively in a deadline- driven environment
