  Job Description

Duties:

  • Coordinate and implement HR initiatives for the Regulatory Affairs organization by partnering with mid-level managers to provide day to day HR support
  • Support key HR initiatives/processes around year end performance management and rewards planning
  • Partner with RQS HR team on key employee development initiatives.
  • This role will support key actions coming out of the Talent & Development team action plans to include a mentoring program, tools and resources to drive manager accountability for employee development
  • Support the RQS HR Director in day to day HR support for the Regulatory Affairs function

 

Other projects as assigned Skills:

  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business.
  • Project management or business experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activity preferred.
  • Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Years Experience: 3-4 years.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
  • Understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
  • 3-4+ years HR experience supporting a growing pharmaceutical, consumer health, medical device or biotech population
  • Demonstrated project management or business experience

 

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, FMLA, STD, LTD, worker’s compensation and other HR practices
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of employees including senior management.
  • Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties; ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
  • Experience with general HR operations such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, HRIS, compensation, and benefits preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite required; Workday a plus

 

Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required?

  • Mon – Friday 40 hours/week
