Implementation Manager 

In this Role: Implementation Manager – key responsibilities:

 

• Leads the implementation plan for all new clients awarded to Rangam

• Works with Sales and client to identify scope, locations, specific needs and timelines

• Develops a clear process and procedures for engagement that includes all departments and areas of Rangam that will support this new client

• Analyzes all client data, internal tools, teams, etc and meets with management to identify needs, costs, weaknesses and updates r

• Identifies and documents all activities into project plan with timelines and connects each key stakeholder based on the timeline

• Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long term partnerships

• Generates and analyzes data/metrics across systems

Identifies KPI’s required by contract, documents and prepares “snap shot” document for stakeholders

• Supervises Implementation coordinator to drive activities and document into internal tools

• Arranges weekly meetings to update, coordinate and report progress and/or changes to the plan 

• Continuous review of client activities/changes/updates and provides new insights to teams to determine areas of growth

• Generates and analyzes data/metrics across systems

 

Key Qualifications

 

Client and MSP insight experience in staffing

Familiar with VMS tools and MSP programs

Proficient data management capabilities

Up to date on market trends and the potential impact on business

Excellent computer skills

Solid understanding of the Staffing industry

Solid organization skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Great problem solving and analytic skills

Excellent written communication skills
