Role

As a Security Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of Client's physical security systems. You will apply your technical and attention to detail skills to maintain records across various platforms that will assist in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of our access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other physical security system devices.Client's Security Team is responsible for securing a complex mix of manufacturing, distribution, and corporate facilities that provide a variety of physical and technical challenges. This role will be based at Client's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, but will provide global support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain records for physical security devices including access control systems,
  • surveillance cameras, network servers, and other network monitored physical security system
  • components
  • Help maintain documentation for the Physical Security Technology Team
  • Utilize best-in-class ticketing system and infrastructure monitoring tools to assist the Security
  • Systems Technicians and Information Technology Support teams resolve issues quickly
  • Work closely with our Global Security Operations, information technology, security integrators,
  • vendors, manufacturers, and other internal teams to assist in the procurement, schedule, repair,
  • and install of devices in fast-paced, business critical environments

Requirements

  • Able to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced, ambiguous, environment
  • Highly organized, with solid time management skills and acute attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer-based applications such as Service Now and SolarWinds is preferred
  • Knowledge of video management systems, access control systems, and other technical security
  • systems and devices is preferred
