Virtual Booth Events Lead

Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? If they are local, one day in the office would be good. IF they are not local, fully remote is fine

• Is the worker onshore or offshore? (If offshore confirm with manager that the worker will align to a USD Cost Center for invoicing purposes.) If no, escalate to Operations Manager

Description Details

The person would be working with three people on my team. They each have virtual booth needs.
My FTE will remain the main point of contact with our internal stakeholders (marketing/sales)
The contractor will:
• Create a spreadsheet to track all the programs they are working on
• Serve as primary point of contact with the association regarding the virtual booth
• Work with the organizations/associations hosting the event to get the booth built
o Every booth is different
o The online platform is different for every single program
o Each booth has a different layout
o Each booth needs multiple emails to the organization/association to understand what assets we can load, how to get the booth built, get a view of the booth for approval, etc.
• Ensure they are only using approved text and images in the booths
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Manage to deadlines – often short timelines
• Be proactive in getting the information they need

Contractor – virtual booths
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Good calendar
• Comfortable with technology
• Experience with virtual booths (PRC, Veeva, compliance)
• Flexible adjusting to change – short timelines
• Proactive – reaching out

• Years of experience/education and/or certifcations required: 4-6 years experience preferred. Or BS and 2-4. Certifications in virtual events or digital event strategist given priority

• What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
• 4-6 years experience preferred. Or BS and 2-4.
• Experience working in digital event environments
• Certifications in virtual events or digital event strategist given priority

• What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
• Pharma experience a plus
