Job Description:

Primary responsibility for Candidate Experience Manager is to provide excellent candidate experience and leading the internal candidate experience specialist team by providing necessary guidance, mentoring and streamlining processes.

Job Duties:

• Be a subject matter expert of all products and services offered by the organization

• Manage internal governance to ensure all changes and improvements to the candidate experience are aligned to the strategy and process

• Maintain allocated candidate relationship by responding to inquiries and documenting their details along with action items

• Manage onsite and offsite team, create their goals, mentoring, coaching and guiding team on regular basis

• Identify and strategize ways to improve the candidate experience through reporting, surveys, and candidate interaction

• Establish and streamline processes and educate key stakeholders on implementation

• Maintain relationship with cross function departments that impact the candidate experience

• Collaborate with various HR teams to facilitate, improve and enhance candidate experience

• Point of contact for all escalations for candidate experience

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of Staffing industry experience

• 3-5 years of Customer service experience

• Expert in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage conflicts and collaborate with teams to get consensus

• Proven ability to work under pressure and provide solutions maintaining harmony across the teams

• Experience in Managing teams

• Experience establishing processes

• Customer focus outlook
