Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in the office)
In the beginning, while training, best to be able to go in as much as possible.
Must be vaccinated.
Must haves:
1. Strong analytical skills (investigate)
2. Must be proactive (pick up trends & act on them).
3. Attention to detail (working with metrics & reporting)
4. Self starter, Independent worker
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, most importantly Excel
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Client Metrics, Reporting and Analytics Programs and Processes
Client communication includes cc of Ops Manager and Quality Assurance Manager
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Metric/Reporting programs
Ensure accuracy of reports processes per client
Receive, complete and track metrics requests received by Client Operations
Provide summary analysis (investigations) received by Client Operations
Review daily, month and yearly Key Performance Indicators
Consistent communication with Leadership, Operations Lead, Team Leads and Ops Manager
Sharing knowledge and guidance to Client teams regarding dashboards and relevant trends (ad hoc and scheduled weekly meetings)
Develop reports and analysis resources for Operations Lead, Operation Manager and TLs
Ensuring the why for analysis trends is communicated to TLs for sharing with team
Deliver reports and dashboards for team when needed or directed to ensure accuracy
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, most importantly Excel
