  • Client SourceAbled, a minority, woman, disability-owned staffing solution company is seeking autistic .NET developer candidates to assist in development of web-based applications designed to create more employment opportunities for people with autism, disabilities, and other forms of neurodivergence.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Building web-based applications using C# and other .NET technologies
  • Coding and testing program modules; assisting in design
  • Maintaining, enhancing, and repairing applications
  • Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents


Skills Required:

  • Design, develop, test and deliver software to solve technical problems and add new capabilities to the products you work on
  • Proficient understanding of object-oriented programming
  • 2+ years of experience in Web development – can include internship/co-op/academic experience
  • Proficient in many of the following technologies: C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Razor/Blazor pages, SQL, jQuery, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Web services, WEB API, TFS, Visual Studio, GIT
  • Experience creating database schemas to represent and support business processes
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and process, like Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Willing to learn, provide appropriate guidance and contribute to a healthy work environment


Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
